The Douglasville Chapter recently sponsored a Youth Summit featuring Isis Smalls, former Miss Houston, Author and Motivational speaker. The event held on March 26, 2017 at the Douglas County High School was a great success. Guest were motivated and inspired through the powerful message from Miss Smalls and had an opportunity to purchase her book and have it signed by this beautiful and talented young author.
